Along the way, we saw a bigger problem. Compliance training felt painful, disconnected, and hard to engage teams with. So we fixed it. We rebuilt it with the learner in mind and made it free for our customers. Now our customers are asking for more. That’s why we’re building Operational Excellence. We are going deeper, getting more practical, and focusing on operational realities teams face every shift.
